Half spark, half shadow. All collector.
Pokecards is what happens when a collector gets tired of shops that treat cards like stock and buyers like order numbers.
It started with a binder.
Like most collectors, we can tell you exactly where it began: a first pack, a first holo, a binder that never really closed properly again. Years later the binder is bigger, the want-list is longer, and the itch to share it turned into this shop.
Pokecards is small and staying small on purpose. One binder-keeper checking every card, writing every listing, and answering every message. That's not a limitation — it's the whole point.
Why Pikachu and Gengar?
Because collecting has two moods, and we love both. There's the bright, sunny joy of a binder-filler you've wanted since you were nine — and the late-night thrill of hunting something rare, half-convinced it'll vanish if you look away.
Most shops pick a lane: pocket-money bulk or velvet-rope grails. We're building for the collector who is both people, sometimes in the same week. First light to last grail.
What we promise
Honest condition, always
Every card graded in plain English against a published condition ladder, with photos of the actual card. "Pack fresh" is a feeling, not a grade — we use real ones.
No haunted prices
Prices checked against recent sold data, not wishful thinking. When something's above market, we'll tell you why. When it's a fair deal, you'll know it's real.
Authenticity checked twice
Every card that enters the binder passes the same real-or-fake check we teach on the homepage. If we're not certain, it doesn't get listed. Simple as that.
The shop opens soon. The story has already started.
